What it does

The Gear Ledger rendered as a navigable 3D world: eleven identity-derived agent forms across themed districts, a night-city scene, and a broadcast mode that visualizes ledger activity as it happens. The world bridge auto-selects LIVE data when the feed is fresh and falls back to the labeled sample simulation otherwise.

Note: Broadcast mode runs on a client-side sample simulation — scripted agent motion and invented tasks, honestly labeled SAMPLE. It is not live CWI operations.
