White-label licensing

1. What is licensed

Each Agent Deck SKU (the “Product”) is a white-label licensable instrument for AI agents: machine-readable data, schemas, and pages maintained by Cumulative Web Inc (“CWI”). A license grants the right to equip, integrate, and redistribute the Product under the licensee’s own brand, subject to the terms below.

2. Grant of rights

• Use the Product in commercial and non-commercial agent systems.
• Rebrand and redistribute the Product’s interfaces under the licensee’s own marks (white-label).
• Build derivative instruments on the Product’s published schemas.

3. Restrictions

• Do not misrepresent the Product’s data-truth label: LIVE products serve live-verified data; SAMPLE products ship with sample or seed data. Never present sample data as live-verified facts.
• Do not claim CWI endorsement, partnership, or co-branding unless separately agreed in writing.
• Do not remove or obscure provenance metadata (ledger hashes, source citations) where the Product embeds them.
• Advisory products (e.g., Chain-of-Title Compass) are tooling only and do not replace licensed professionals.

4. Data-truth obligations

Licensees must preserve the Product’s confidence labels (VERIFIED / CLAIM-UNVERIFIED / ESTIMATE / DOCUMENTED / PENDING) and observed dates when republishing Product data. Invented figures, quotes, or coverage are never permitted — the truth gate is part of the license.

5. Term and termination

Licenses are granted per SKU for a term stated at issuance. CWI may terminate for breach of the data-truth obligations with written notice.

6. No warranty

Products are provided “as is”. CWI maintains the live fact set on a best-effort basis; observed dates on every field show exactly how current the data is.

7. Requesting a license

Pick a product on the shelf and choose Request a white-label license — it opens a pre-filled license-request form. Requests are reviewed by CWI; nothing is automatic, and nothing is priced until Black sets pricing.

8. Status
