What it does

Dead-link radar for trust claims — product #31 of the gear line: re-verifies URLs on a schedule and reports STILL_VALID, CHANGED, DEAD, or UNREACHABLE with diffs, via http-hash / oEmbed / dataset strategies. It flags drift for human review and never auto-downgrades a claim. Dogfooded on CWI’s own trust-log envelopes.
