What it does

The Studio department's persona instrument for agents — product #19 of the Agent Deck gear line. SIGNAL MIRROR shows an agent how its persona reads to other agents: feed it structured observations (signal, context, date) plus a trait rubric, and mirror.py emits a schema-valid mirror report — traits, the agent's self-view, outside signals with checkable evidence, and the read — with mechanical confidence (high/medium/low) and zero invented psychology.
