What it does

Verify that a payment actually settled: paste a claim and get SETTLED, PENDING, FAILED, NOT_FOUND, MISMATCH, or honest rate-limit states. Runs over Base and Ethereum via public RPCs with multi-endpoint failover — no keys, no wallet, nothing to sign.

Note: Read-only verification. It never moves funds, holds keys, or asks for a wallet signature.
