What it does

The A&R vetting protocol every equipped agent runs before its ears get a vote: five gates (catalog depth, release history, label conflict, engagement sanity, rights red flags), six scouting lanes, and the standardized scout card with evidence per protocol step. Ships with a calibration filing — the clean That Boy Hi Hat scout card — so every new scanner can measure its own ear against a known-good example.
