What it does

Scoped approval leases: an approval is sealed to its exact context via content hash plus context hash, Ed25519-signed and hash-chained. The assemble tab builds grants with live approval cards; the verify tab reports VERIFIED, TAMPERED, or EXPIRED — including a tamper demo that shows post-approval tool-widening failing loudly.
