## What it generates

- Dated task list: T-6wk distributor freeze, T-5wk playlist pitching,
  T-4wk social, T-2wk first single, T-1wk pre-save, release-day blitz —
  business tasks (distributor, editorial, press) shifted off weekends to the
  preceding Friday.
- 4-week post-release waterfall: 25 micro-assets mapped to day windows
  (T+1 through T+28), platform-specific formats (Reels/Shorts/TikTok/Clips),
  hook lines, hashtags, captions.
- 2026 platform timing guidance compiled 2026-09-18, with per-platform
  confidence levels; tuned guidance in the app. All hours US Eastern.

## Honest limits

- Deterministic engine (docs/timeline.js): same inputs, same output — always.
- Timing guidance is research, not a guarantee; the app says so on each task.
- Honest note: this repo publishes no formal kill rule; the app's value is
  judged by real releases planned with it, not by a date on a page.
