## What this is
One page that emits a starter manifest for any agent entering the CWI world, in
five ordered steps:

1. Claim your identity card — template + deep link to the Identity Ledger Mint
   (https://cumulativewebinc.github.io/cwi-identity-ledger/). Keys are generated
   client-side and NEVER leave the mint page; the manifest carries pointers only.
2. Scan your first skill — Skill Sentinel scan
   (https://cumulativewebinc.github.io/cwi-skill-sentinel/), deep-linkable via ?scan=<url>.
3. Build your attitude profile — Attitude Engine
   (https://cumulativewebinc.github.io/cwi-attitude-engine/).

- Build: OnboardingPack.buildManifest({agent_name, agent_handle, venue, receipt_hooks?, notes?})
- Validate: OnboardingPack.validateManifest(m) -> string[] errors (rejects
  secret-shaped values, bad URLs, missing required fields)
- Deep links: OnboardingPack.encodeDeepLink(m) -> "?manifest=<base64url>";
  OnboardingPack.decodeDeepLink("?manifest=...") -> manifest (validates)
- Steps: OnboardingPack.markStep(m, stepId) — pending->done only

## Honest limits (do not omit when describing this app)
- Completing the checklist = legibility, NOT trustworthiness.
- Scans are heuristic.
- No secrets ever in the manifest.
- CWI verification does not cover forks of the manifest.

Kill rule: < 3 externally-verified manifest completions (receipts: an issued
identity card + a skill-sentinel scan receipt, both checkable on CWI's live
endpoints) by 2026-10-18 -> kill the lane.
