What: a pure, zero-dependency function that turns a machine-readable Attitude
Profile into a Behavior Card for AI agents.

Profile (JSON, validated by attitude-schema.json):
  identity, personality, attitude (10 dimensions 0-1 with semantic definitions),
  behavior, capability — all under a mandatory bounds block.
  Bounds precedence is structural: "bounds-override-attitude".

Behavior Card (JSON):
  behavior_config — tone_label, risk_posture, wit_level, curiosity_drive,
    creativity_mode, expression_rules, attitude_vector, ...
  system_prompt   — prompt-ready instruction block for an agent runtime
  bounds          — numbered non-overridable rules, restated in every output
